Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, making even the simplest tasks seem impossible. I offer a supportive space where you can identify and challenge difficult thoughts and emotions while developing effective coping strategies for life's stressors.
I work with high performing individuals navigating major life transitions, career burnout, depression, anxiety, substance use and trauma to help them feel more confident and centered. My focus is on guiding you through the pressures of work stress, career burnout, anxiety, frustration, anger or grief and improving emotion regulation, self-worth, assertiveness, and quality of relationships. I also support individuals in recovery, folks who are sober curious, or those in active addiction. I am trained in trauma-informed care and provide EMDR therapy for those individuals who would like to address the symptoms of trauma.
Using a holistic approach, I help you regulate your nervous system and stay present. Once you feel more grounded, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed techniques to help you understand how your thoughts impact your emotions and daily life. I focus on helping you build self-understanding by increasing awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and by developing a more flexible way of responding that align with your values. I believe a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful work, and I approach each session with honesty, compassion, and care. My goal is to support real, lasting change and help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of your life through reflection, gentle challenging, and an emphasis on your strengths.
